A Morgantown, West Virginia native, Hayley's practices in hospitality and bedside manner go unmatched in her want for a safe and unintimidating environment for her clients. Graduating summa cum laude from Fairmont State University in 2019 with a degree in History and Women's Studies, Hayley has taken an approach on body piercing that emphasizes the art of the individual. She preaches that the adornment of the body serves purposes that fulfill the longstanding human desire for control over self identity, body positivity, and overall love of aesthetic.

COVID-19 and Sickness Procedure Update
As of January 2022, we are temporarily offering under-the-mask piercings to clients who are asymptomatic of the following:ย โ Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrheaย Long story shortโฆโ IF YOU DO NOT FEEL WELL, STAY HOME & RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINMENT. DO NOT RISK THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR ARTISTS AND CUSTOMERS, OR THEIR FAMILIES.
Client Conduct Policies
Sexual harassment or predatory / abusive behavior towards staff or other clients IN OR OUT of the studio will not be tolerated and will result in a permanent ban from further services. Including but not limited to: Innapropriate attempts to touch staff or yourself. Comments of a sexually explicit nature (in person, on the phone, or online). Innapropriate contact of staff outside of professional / business platforms. Profane, threatening, intimidating, harassing, or hateful language.
Why do I need to pay a booking fee? Is it refundable?
A booking fee is a promise of future payment and will be taken off of the final price of your procedure, day of your appointment.ย Putting down a booking fee secures your date/time window for appointment so no one else can take your place. Your artist will block this portion of their day off specifically for you. Not showing up to your appointment (whether because you are nervous, forgot, or had something come up last minute) causes your artist to miss out on income vital to the success of their career! Booking Fees ($25) are non-refundable. No exceptions.ย *You must provide at least a 24 hour notice when rescheduling or your booking fee will be forfeited. If you need to move an appointment more than twice, you must pay a new booking fee. *Arriving more than 15 minutes past your appointment time may result in needing to reschedule your appointment along with loss of booking fee. Please let us know if you are running late.ย *In addition, booking fees will be forfeited if you no-show, fail to bring all proper ID, are inebriated, or choose not to get pierced. All piercings require an anatomy check, so it's best to have a back-up in mind if your anatomy is not suited.
What is the weight limit on your massage table? And can I bring a friend to sit with me?
Our massage table can accommodate a maximum weight capacity up to 450 lbs. Our piercing room is small and only one guest is permitted in the piercing area at a time to spectate and may not share massage table space. VIDEO AND PHOTO RECORDING IS NOT PERMITTED during the procedure, though photos may be taken afterwards! This is a safety, sterility, and liability issue, as well as an issue of personal comfort for your piercer.
Can you use my personal jewelry to pierce with?
Unfortunately, no! All jewelry in fresh piercings (including downsizes) must be completed using brand new, sterilized pieces that are verified in quality and finish from reputable companies to avoid liability and healing issues. Using outside jewelry in piercings will only be considered if the jewelry is new, unworn, in its original packaging, is autoclave-safe, and a receipt is provided from a reputable company that can provide proper mill certificates.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
18+:
For piercing appointments or jewelry changes, you MUST show a valid photo ID.
• driver’s license, passport, or another state-issued ID card. We will make a copy of these for our records.
MINORS:
WV State Law requires anyone under 18 years of age to have a parent or legal guardian present in person at the time of the appointment who can give written consent with:
• photo ID of child (may use school ID, permit, passport, or yearbook photo) AND
• copy of child’s Birth Certificate

• ADULT (parent): photo ID that shows matching last names OR addresses (if names/address do not match: must verify relationship via marriage certificate, divorce papers, adoption papers, etc.)
OR
• ADULT (legal guardian): court documentation proving guardianship status (e.g., adoption papers, power of attorney giving full guardianship without limitations, etc.)

These required documents MUST be brought to your appointment or we will not pierce you!

PAYMENT:
We accept payment through cash, digital (CashApp, PayPal, or Venmo), or card (w/ card usage fee). Sales tax is charged on jewelry and aftercare purchases.
Preparing for your Appointment:
The Night Before:
Drink plenty of water the night before and arrive to your appointment well-rested and sober. Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages for at least 12 hours before your appointment - as it could still cause your blood to thin the following day. As a reminder - we will not pierce anyone who is intoxicated, hungover, or overly disruptive.

Day Of:
You may expect to be in the shop from 45 minutes - 1 hour.

Clothing Choice and Makeup: Wear comfortable clothing that provides easy access to the area being pierced and will not cause pressure or friction against your piercing. Avoid wearing foundation or makeup in the area that is being pierced; we will need to clean the area and this will be removed during the process.

Practice good hygiene! Shower or bathe prior to your appointment and brush your teeth - especially for oral piercings - so you feel refreshed!

Nourishment and Meds: Make sure you eat before your appointment and do not drink caffeine. Avoid taking any OTC blood-thinners or anti-inflammatories beforehand as they may cause excess bleeding. Please inform your piercer of any disorders or conditions you have or any antibiotics or medications you take that could affect healing or the procedure.
You cannot be pierced if you are pregnant or nursing. You must wait at least 1 year after most surgeries or procedures (cosmetic or otherwise) to be pierced in the area in which the procedure was performed. Always consult with your physician, specialist, or service-provider beforehand to see if receiving a piercing under these mentioned conditions will work for you.
